Delivery Times
UK delivery: Orders are dispatched in one to three working days. Orders that qualify for Free UK Shipping are sent by Royal Mail 48 and aim to deliver within 2-3 days. A courier service will be used for larger/heavier items.
Standard UK shipping orders are sent by Royal Mail 48 and aim to deliver in 2-3 days
Express UK shipping orders are sent by Royal Mail 24 and aim to deliver in 1-2 days
Please be aware deliveries can take up to five working days during busy periods & calendar holidays
Next day delivery: Orders placed before midday are shipped to arrive the next working day. Orders placed after midday are dispatched the following working day. In accordance to Royal Mail, next day delivery guarantees delivery by 9pm the following day.
EU & International Delivery
European Orders - To ensure a secure, quick & reliable service, items to a EU addess are sent via Royal Mail tracked &/or signed for. Delivery times will vary based on the destination 3-7 working days. Please note, there may be additional charges to be paid on delivery
European Delivery Charge - £9.95
International orders are sent via Royal Mail Worldwide Shipping service with a tracked &/or signed for option (dependant on the recipient country). Delivery times will vary based on the destination 5-10 working days.
International Delivery Charge - £12.95
Please ensure that the correct address details are provided on your order in compliance with the postal requirements of the recipient country. Incorrect information can result in packages being returned and we are unable to resend without an addional postal fee.
Lost or Delayed Post
We use the most reliable & economical postal service to ensure your package arrives quickly & securely. Very occasionally for reasons beyond our control, post can be delayed or missing in action. If you think your order may be delayed or lost, we will do what we can to help. For UK orders, please let us know if you have not received your parcel within 10 days of dispatch. For non-UK orders, please allow two weeks before contacting us.
Gift Wrap
All items will be hand gift wrapped in tissue paper. Larger items will not be part of this service.
